This initiative included creating a strategic design vision and establishing a self-service cloud analytics B2B solution for government, payer, employer and provider clients utilizing machine learning, artificial intelligence and other IBM Watson technologies.

Results:  Envisioned and designed a new offering using Watson’s  AI services, now called Merative Health Insights. Created an analytics framework for users to uncover insights, make decisions based on recommendations, and help them proactively strategize future actions. Directed and oversaw the development of a healthcare conversation experience pattern library.

Approach: Immersion to identify client opportunities. Orchestrated in-person 3-day workshop at IBM with over 50 healthcare clients to define cloud-based analytic platform. Facilitated ideation sessions with clients, product, design, and engineering resulting in agreement on scope, critical use cases, and final product direction. Recognized by client executives for bringing simplicity and clarity to project. Design to-be state designs and journeys. Created and tested IA, designs and data visualizations
